We were given a room on the 3rd floor which was ok. However, we were shocked to see a mouse darting about. Front desk quickly gave us a room on the 4th floor. However, that room turned out to have a HWY-99 for mice going through it, and they would jump quite high. There is no point in reviewing the positives of this property since the negatives are unacceptable.

The location of this hotel is perfect for a stay in Vancouver. Basically right on the beach (1 minute walk) and close to many great restaurants. I look forward to returning!

Room is very clean , good price 2 minutes walk to English bay beach, beautiful Cactus club, beautiful sunset and sunrise . Staff is awesome Just don’t like some group of ppl outside , around those bars but not related to the hotel

Positive: Walk a block to English Bay beach and park area. Very run down interior common spaces, pub and room was just ok. Tiny bathroom. Back alley parking lot & very tight spaces. Low key minimal staff service. Extremely noisy front street and pub attached.

A great location. Upset a staff person entered our room at about 10:00 pm using a key card. No knock. No announcing who he was. In my view there is no reason this should happen, ever. When reported, I was told they would “talk to him.” Sadly that does not make me feel safe.

Staff was friendly efficient and super helpful. The location is great with access to tons of dining options, walking trails, parks and beaches and public transportations to go anywhere right at the street. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable for two of us-we didn’t want for anything.

Bed bugs is all I have to say. I reported it to them and they are giving me half my money's back for the room. I'm going to be buying a new bed thanks for the 250$ i guess... 😏

Went to the property and was very limited parking which was around the back of rhe property. There ŵere people out back in the parking lot smoking weed wbich was an immediate turn off with 2 children under 2. Tbe property itself looks run down and dirry..o OVERALL FELT UNSAFE FROM THE MOMENT WE PULLED IN. ENDED UP GOING ELSEWHERE. I WANT TO FEEL SAFE WHERE I STAY WITH MY 2 CHILDREN.

Found a mouse in my room and when I told front desk he was very rude don’t recommend this place and shame on Expedia to rent this out to people knowing they have these issues don’t use this app they won’t refund you

Staff were excellent. We arrived after dark and parking was not well marked. We discovered the parking in the back alley by luck when we were trying to get turned around for another pass at finding parking. The parking was in the “upper” lot which required us handicapped seniors to manage a long flight of stairs to the lobby level. The checkin staff tried extremely hard to make us happy when we arrived in the lobby rather disgruntled. The room was good and the pub had good food and nice atmosphere. The room was very good except the tiny bathroom where we had to go in and close the door in order to use the toilet. Parking was extra and not included with the room.

Additionally, we have a loading zone in the lower level of the parking lot for guests to unload their luggage as to avoid having to carry it down stairs.
