Nice hotel confusing exit on Hwy99 N&Sz

Pros: Clean
Cons: Price was high @ this time of the year was not worth it
Location: Close to. downtown Vancouver
Went in circles, no easy off ramp or exit to hotel. Could see hotel on Hwy99 N & S don't know where to exit to hotel. Went in circles for over an hour.

Very good location, clean, and nice. Only 1 problem was my room near the I Hop's restaurant trash container. Therefore smell really bad every morning when we open the door.

Il motel è senza grandi pretese ma ha tutto ciò che serve. Pulito, arredamento discreto, letto comodo, bagno piccolo ma sufficiente. Il servizio di navetta da e per l'aeroporto nel nostro caso è stato eccellente, ci siamo trovati benissimo, per una notte di passaggio è perfetto. Nelle vicinanze si trovano facilmente posti dove mangiare.

damp carpet

Leak in bathroom area. Carpet was damp. No offer to change rooms. Maintance came but could not find leak. Put down towels. Staff was generally friendly and helpful.

Hotel is small but clean. Wifi is poor hotel staff is helpful next to ihop is a plus

Filled out an unexpected liability form

Pros: It was close to the airport. It had a reliable shuttle service. The shuttle service driver was helpful.
Cons: The attitude of some staff. They are either disinterested in some guests or jumpy at the mention of a concern.
Location: N/A. It was an overnight stay.
The clerk seemed disinterested or uncomfortable about registering me. She had a friendly conversation with the previous guest, but changed her attitude when it was my turn. Then, she told me I had to fill out and sign a form indicating that I would not put any pets in my room. I don't know why I had to do that. I don't think I have every filled out such a form during registration. I asked why, but I was not given a satisfactory explanation. The clerk was evasive or reticent in her reply. Then, she passed me over to another clerk to complete my registration. The second clerk was more respectful and attentive, but he only had to pass me the keys and give me directions. It was a strange experience!

Good value close to airport

Pros: Location close to airport shuttle service food close.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Well located for eating. No other requirement was needed.
Great value for what was an overnight stay. Hotel allowed a late checkout at no additional cost. Airport shuttle was available and operated efficiently and on time. Friendly staff and a very nice stay.

Nice hotel in Richmond!

Cons: Free breakfast would be nice. The IHOP next door was mediocre.
Location: Close to Vancouver and Steveston. Close drive to restaurants.
My family and I enjoyed our stay at Accent Inn. Check-in and out was quick & easy. Close enough drive to all the sites/attractions at a very reasonable price. Very friendly staff and clean & spacious room. Free parking was a plus.

Okay for the money.

Pros: Close to the hotel. The shuttle service to the airport was not always timely. The hotel did pay for a cab, after we waited for a half hour.
Cons: Overall appearance and amenities.
Location: Close to the airport.
Was a older hotel. A little over priced for the amenities and service.
