Plenty of amenities just a short walk away such as Skytrain (rapid transit), bars, restaurants, grocery, theatre, etc. Enjoy spectacular mountain views from the 8th-floor balcony or on the 11th floor wrap around rooftop patio. This new modern building with a spacious layout with a patio that overlooks the downtown skyline along with the beautiful North Shore Mountains. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo - separated by the living room and kitchen - giving privacy to each bedroom. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils you'll need plus we have coffee, a coffee maker, a french press, a blender, etc. The dining table has seating for 4\. 55" smart TV w/ basic cable in the living room along with a Sonos wifi speaker. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, 43" smart TV w/ basic cable, and an ensuite bathroom. The secondary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a 40" smart TV, and a large closet. With an automated check-in process, you can be in our unit in a breeze. You have exclusive use of the entire condo during your stay. We have free secured parking underground on P2, stall #16\. You can also use the rooftop patio on floor 11\. If you need to park a visitor vehicle you can request a visitor pass from our property manager Julia through the app or by phone - the maximum stay for a visitor vehicle is 30 hours in a 7-day period.
