It is in Chinatown and there are a lot of homeless/drug users all around but the property itself follows strict security and overall felt very safe. The homeless don’t bother you or ask you for anything. This apartment makes it very easy to get to downtown. However would be nice to have had a dish cloth and dish towel, or even paper towels upon arrival. We had to buy some. Also needs some sort of recycling bin as there is only trash can and when you go to trash room you have to pick through your trash for recycling. The building is very secure but the street and surrounding neighborhood has a lot of homeless The homeless don’t seem to bother anyone. Just a lot of trash and odor around. A lot of sirens at night. Owner is very responsive if you have a problem. Einziger Nachteil ist die Umgebung.
