« On a réservé une chambre exécutive pour 3 nuits et on nous a donné une chambre deluxe. En plus pendant que j’étais dans la chambre, ils sont venus pour désinsectiser la chambre, provoquant un malaise (je suis allergique tendance asthmatique). Je suis partie assez fâchée mais on a repris une chambre 3 jours après pour une seule nuit et ils nous ont surclassés et offert un dîner ( sans le vin ni le dessert !) C’était je pense la moindre des choses. Le personnel est assez froid en général ( excepté...

« The building is really beautiful and the room was good too. We were pretty late because of our delayed flight ( coming at 3 am ). But they waited for us to check in. The room was clean and the room's view was good too. There's a little balcony and you can ask for cleaning every day. We enjoyed the stay although there's no breakfast, you can order anything on your phone by apps and there's a lot of spa, restaurants and coffee near the place. Unfortunately it's a bit far away from every tourists...

« Honestly have no word. The listing was really nice, but days before the checking was moved to another room. One the checkout day, although the checking process with the owner was good, i was given another different room from what I was told. Room felt like it was someone else else and yeah… i basically checked out same night »

"L'hôtel est au sommet d'une tour qui accueille un immense centre commercia. L'entrée de l'hôtel au rez de chaussée n'est pas très grande mais son nom est bien marqué avec portier. Puis prendre zscenseur jusqu'au 28eme etage pour accéder au lobbies où se fait le schek in. Pas d'inquiétude c'est très simple. La haut la vue est dingue sur la ville et Mékong. Très belle piscine. Restaurant et petit déjeuner impeccable. Rien à redire."
