The property, located in the quiet hamlet of Singlin di Sotto, is only 1.5 km from the Lyft System and the ski area with direct connection to Cervinia - Zermatt and 2 km from the town center, with restaurants, bars and supermarkets. In winter it is possible to reach the resort's facilities in 3 minutes by car and for off-piste lovers there is a path a few steps from the house, from which you can reach the lifts, which are located just below the house. The small hamlet includes a few houses surrounded by greenery in the mountains of the Grand Murailles. In summer there are several walking routes to both the center of the country and to scenic spots such as Lake Loz or the Gouffre des Busserailles caves, dating back to the Ice Age and formed by the action of the water and the Matterhorn glaciers , which in ancient times flooded the valley. The view of the valley right in front of the house, the bubbling of the river that flows near the house, the stone houses gathered around the perched Chalet make Maisonette Grené the favorite home for couples and families for a holiday in real Valdostan style Maisonette Grené can accommodate a maximum of 2 + 2 people and is spread over 2 levels, for a total of 40 square meters.
