"I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The staff were superbly professional and polite - they showed us to our room before formally checking us in so we could get settled while they worked away, thought this was a nice touch. Free, secure underground parking for our motorcycle too. The restaurant & food was excellent and the new addition of the bar is very nice. Also the free spa was terrific! "Excellent service, very accommodating for a late (post-midnight) check in. The in-house restaurant served a fabulous breakfast and dinner, featuring on-site dairy products. Room was a bit stuffy and airless at night, lacked good internal ventilation. We had to keep the window open, despite it being the height of winter. "

"This hotel is fine. Next to the slopes . A few steps to get up to the lift . Livigno is good, plenty of scope for skiing . We did half board , but wouldn’t next time . The resort is much cheaper than France. So eating out was cheap . The food in the hotel was fine … but not really to our taste . We parked underground at the hotel . Room was basic , …but fine . We had a good break "

"The room was clearly much below the standards of a 4* hotel. The bathroom had neither a bathtub, nor a shower cabin, nor a shower curtain; flooding the bathroom when taking a shower was thus unavoidable. There was a lot of noise from the canalization throughout the night; it was extremely noisy whenever someone in the hotel flushed the toilet. The curtains were too short and the room couldn't be properly darkened. Some bathroom amenities had been opened and partially consumed. The spa was closed...
