You will find an office area for preparing breakfast, though cooking is not permitted. The apartment includes high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, heating with 2 large radiators controlled by a central thermostat, television, fan, and step-free interior access. Additional conveniences include self check-in, shared washing machine and dryer, locally grown herbs, and breakfast included.  
  
Step outside to enjoy your private garden with mountain views in a very quiet neighborhood. The apartment offers bright interiors with new furniture and beautiful mountain vistas throughout.  
  
Street parking is available free of charge, and the property is located just 200 meters from the train station with convenient access to public transportation. One pet is allowed for an extra fee, though pets are not permitted to sleep on the bed and a mattress is provided for them. The accommodation is adults only, smoking inside is not allowed, events are not permitted, and furniture may not be moved. Please note that public lights turn off after 11 pm.  
  
The hosts live on-site but not in the booked property and have 2 small dogs that may occasionally be present during your stay.
