Off site parking a few minutes walk away, but to be expected in any older city center in Italy...a small inconvenience considering the location for sites of interest, shopping, and dining. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would gladly stay here again."

"The hotel has a terrific location which is its best feature. We really enjoyed the fresh breakfast and coffees. We're just not so impressed with the lack of amenity which doesn't provide any complimentary water, coffees, tea kittle in room. The lighting design was a total oddball where the lights automatically turned on and off within seconds, totally annoying and unuseful. Having to haul our luggage after elevator stops on the 5th and room is on the 6th. Totally unappreciated for senior...
