Detached chalet in the hamlet of Les Clots, 1.5km from Valloire center and shops. Located 700m from the Moulin Benjamin chairlift and ESF meeting point. The "Moulin" ski run is 500m away. Guarded ski store 650m away. Paying shuttle bus at 70m: serves the center of Valloire and the Moulin Benjamin chairlift.  
  
Located 2km from the leisure center (swimming pool, skating rink, wellness area) and 550m from the equestrian center. Quiet neighborhood, close to hiking trails.

Individual chalet on 3 levels with 2 living rooms (1 on 1st floor and 1 on 2nd floor).
