The apartment has a central location with all amenities within walking distance: ski and bike rentals, supermarkets, restaurants, shops, public transport, and ski slopes just 100 meters away.  
  
Nearby, you will also find a cinema, library, ice rink, bowling, bars, swimming pool, wellness area, SPA, and a daycare for children.
