« This our third year returning to the lakehouse. The house is well equipped with everything you can think of. Plenty of paddle boards and kayaks, even toys for the grandchildren. Check in was easy as well as check out. Great location with lots to do!!!!! Dave is a wonderful host. »

« The house is so beautiful and in a great location in downtown Saratoga. We had a group of two families traveling together and had a really wonderful time there. The property manager was super communicative and provided great recommendations and details about the house. As prior reviews stated, the stairs are very steep and narrow, so good to be mindful if you have anyone who has mobility challenges. « We were there for the races. (Thorpedo Anna group) Location of the property Was great for us. One mile to Broadway,Shoppong and Dining (Down town)and drive through down town another mile to Saratoga race track. Little warm so we used the window AC units which was fine . Neighborhood is quiet and close to necessities. ( coffee, breakfast, golf, shopping and Horse racing) Host was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay there again! »

« Our stay here was PERFECT! The house is walking distance to downtown and 5 minute drive to the performing arts center or racetrack. Everything was updated and immaculate and the backyard fire pit under the stars in a quiet neighborhood made for the perfect ending to a busy day. We will definitely be back! »

« Communication with the host was great. My father had a medical issue beyond the refund window that stopped us from making the original reservation date, Owner allowed us to move our date out a couple of weeks. Everything was clean, the kitchen and dishes were clean. The bathroom was brand new. All of the beds were comfy and clean. I slept on the couch bed in the third room, it was firm and comfortable. « We were looking for a place that we could bring our dog, was peaceful, near water, and mainly relax. This bnb is just that plus more. The decor inside is romantic, cozy, and whimsical. Waking up to the sunrise and mountians as your alarm clock was incredible. Enjoying a cup of coffee or beverage of choice on the front deck and seeing the occasional deer, IMPRESSED!
