We stayed in apartment 4, a superior room with a window to the street. This means there is some street noise so earplugs are useful. The room is really well appointed, nice comfortable bed and the little kitchenette is well thought out. There is no hot water in the kitchen sink but we just used the kettle. The hosts were very responsive when we had an issue with the AC and it was immediately rectified. The floor was a bit dirty but everything else was spotless. A quiet haven in the midst of the city. Very handy for all the main sites and ferries. Domestic staff was very helpful and friendly. Spaceous and very well equipped. This is where you take the garbage out. All curtains had to be closed due to privacy Sliding glass store leads to no where and the above units could see inside The biggest: unsanitary was the disposal of the toilet paper. My only issue which is very important to me personally is lack of windows to outside. There is a closed courtyard which works as a big skylight that lets lights in and all rooms have windows facing this indoor courtyard which is better than nothing but it does not have windows to the outside that you can get let fresh air in or look out and that for me is a deal breaker and if I knew that I would not pick this place to stay for a week.
