Loved this property . Staff, particularly Victor and the owner were so helpful Beautiful spa. Excellent room cleaning , fabulous breakfasts and super convenient for the village and ski lifts. Strongly recommend this for a great hotel experience in Zermatt

The heater feels like it wasnt working properly and so well on the first night. After checking with staff, they said and came to check the heater and mention heaters are install inside the walls and may take few hours for the room to be heated. Kinda chilly the first night. And somehow from 2nd night onwards its slightly better. But we questioning on first night why would heater take so long eg.few hours as mentioned by staff for a city thats constantly in cold weather. Nevertheless, views was great from balcony when the weather is good, able to see famous matterhorn well. Not so impressed with their breakfast choices and we stay for 3 nights, got pretty bored with exact same breakfast choices for 3 mornings.

Great location next to thw train station. Incredible service. The team at the Schlosshotel is incredible. Every time we come to Zermatt this is where we stay.

The Schloss Hotel lived up to expectations.
The Schloss Hotel was a delightful stay—close to town, transportation, and good restaurants. We had a Matterhorn view, which was nice. The balcony is good for two people but does look out to the Gornergrat train, which was not evident in the listing/pictures. However, that was not much of a concern. The spa was very nice and the breakfast was AMAZING! We’d definitely stay here again.

The spa area is awesome, they have multiple steam and sauna rooms , ice rooms, multiple showers with dual jets.. it’s an adults only area but really relaxing. The rooms in the old building with the loft style have amazing Matterhorn views 322. Would love to stay here again.

This hotel is beautiful and very conveniently located close to the train station and all the stores. They have cute electrical shuttles that take you to the train station. The staff is so nice and welcoming. I loved the heated pool. I would definitely stay here again.

An upscale hotel literally across street from main train station which is also the station for tram to top of mountain. Very convenient. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast included which is a bonus because Zermatt is very expensive.

This place was amazing - had a room with a view of the Matterhorn and woke up to the sun shining on it on morning - unreal!! The hotel is located across from the train station so very easy access. The staff, breakfast, and especially the spa were fantastic and I will definitely stay here when we return to Zermatt! Hopefully soon - loved all of it!!

Got off to a very disappointing start. We called the hotel for their taxi several times and no one answered the phone. We had to pay $25CF to get to the hotel. When we arrived and asked why no one answered the phone, they said they were busy. Pretty poor service and answer. Then they gave our upgrade to our other reservation. When my wife asked what happened, they didn’t have an answer and said they were sold out. Again, poor service.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Very friendly staff (Boris and Victor). Nice room, clean, with games available (table pool, darts, etc). Breakfast was good.
