Nestled in the prestigious heights of Super Cannes, this sumptuous contemporary villa of 400m2 offers you a breathtaking panorama of the Mediterranean Sea, Cape Antibes, and the Lérins Islands. Bathed in light thanks to its south-facing exposure and sheltered from prying eyes discreet, this exceptional residence combines sleek design and absolute comfort.  
  
On the main level, a spacious living room opens generously onto the terrace and the infinity pool. A fully equipped kitchen and a master bedroom with a private bathroom, a hammam, and from an office.  
  
Upstairs, a second master bedroom with a dressing room and bathroom(shower/bathtub and toilet) as well as two additional bedrooms with private bathrooms.  
  
The property also includes an outbuilding converted into a room for sports, a petanque court, a large double garage for 2 cars, and outdoor parking. A multi-sport field (football, basketball, tennis)
