Communication could be better. They offer a breakfast and we were not told to pick up and wash our own dishes, but found out later when we got a talking to... They have a frig to keep food in and cooking and grilling facilities for guests to use. Also, upon arrival we were notified that we would have to pay cash - sorry for the inconvenience. In a country where one can’t drink the tap water, you would think that there would be bottled water provided. Upon requesting, one could get water from a large jug in the kitchen. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom, so had to go to “front desk” to ask for one. The “standard” room was very bare bones, but clean at least. It’s in an excellent location, very close to Calzada de Los Frailes and an easy walk to the bus station. The rooms are huge and the bed was so comfortable. Hot water is reliable, though not always needed. Yes, the breakfast is small but so many other things make up for it, and there are plenty of cafes nearby. You can refill your water bottle in the kitchen. Staff are very helpful and friendly!
