"Welcoming and helpful staff when we arrived. Great fun bedroom with huge beds and plenty of space. Toys and decorations in the room were fabulous. The free activities like the water fun and the trampoline kept the kids cool and entertained! Restaurant for dinner was good value for money and generous portions. Great that the kids were entertained during and after dinner in the playroom with the monitors. Overall very fun stay especially for the kids who didn’t want to leave!"

"On arrival at 11pm they couldn’t find my booking and it transpired that my room had been given to someone else. fortunately they did have another room available which was a suite. I decided rather than move rooms the following day to the one that I had booked I would pay the extra to stay. They didn’t charge me first night. breakfast was okay quite a few choices. Location is quite convenient for The Centro Commercial, Staff were super helpful."

"Friendly staff. Make sure you tell manager when you think you'll arrive, because they dont live on-site. Rooftop patio is not suitable for tables and chairs, but great for town photos. Charming little town with an interesting castle."
