Located in a residential area close to the shops, Les Chaudannes features a spacious living room with pleasant exposure, a landscaped, enclosed garden with unobstructed views of the Belledonne Massif, a south-facing terrace with garden furniture, and a workshop for bike storage and maintenance. The property is decorated to a very high standard, and offers a wide range of games for children.  
  
Single-storey detached house on 700 m2 of enclosed land with gravel courtyard. Entrance hall, living room/kitchen opening onto a tiled terrace and garden, 3 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm) including 1 bedroom with en-suite shower room (1 double bed 160x200 cm + en-suite shower room and wc), bathroom (bath), separate wc, workshop/laundry room (washing machine, bicycle repair workshop). Electric car charging station in courtyard. Outdoor pool at La Rochette (600 m) and water games at Détrier (1.7 km) in summer. Indoor pool in Pontcharra (9.7 km).
