Great location and clean. But the AC didn't work the first day and we boiled. And on the second and third day, the AC did work but not enough. When we asked for a pedestal fan, we were refused they don't provide. But we asked because we saw another room get it. Ah well!

Some noise from neighbouring bathrooms
I had a very clean, good size nice room and bathroom, with comfortable bed, good WiFi, a drinks cooler. Some of the decoration will need renewing soon. Sometimes there was loud noise of toilet and shower from neighboring room.

Business friendly Dog tolerant
Good hotel - particularly for business travel. Food was good, rooms nice, reception staff very welcoming and helpful. A good start and evening. Would describe as dog tolerant rather than dog friendly. No dogs in eating area - no crockery outside eating area - paper tray cups etc. in lobby - which I found slightly insulting. I don't know why, but I found the request/demand to decant tea from ceramic to paper cup, before leaving the restaurant to give it to my wife, a bit demeaning. Two abreast suited and booted business folk jostling us with umbrellas in the lift corridor completed the tail end displeasure of the stay.

Run down hotel in a non touristic area. Good location for workers, plenty of cheap local bars to have “Almuerzo Valenciano” nearby. Near the Port and the Grau areas. Metro and buses close by. Hotel is run down, furniture is old, mattresses make you feel every single spring on your back. Rooms need renovations. Lobby is ok.

Fabulous hotel Valencia
Really enjoyable 4N stay Oct23, ahead of Valencia media marathon. Great breakfast options and service by lovely Lota(?) (also great as barlady in evening). Good location for Cuidad des artes, amazing Turia and beach area. Great power shower too. Overall excellent and recommend it !

Staff friendly and helpful. The room is claustrophobic and dated. The rooms are dark and needs some colour. Long walk to the elevator but at least works all the time. Breakfast the same everyday and becomes boring. We choose this hotel due to VIP access but not received any add ons.

Tranquilo, cómodo, buena atención. No está demasiado lejos de la Ciudad de las Ciencias y las Artes ni del puerto. Hay que caminar unos 15 minutos hasta el metro que es imprescindible para ir al centro de Valencia.

Awesome rooms with great AC. The location is convenient to a lot of stuff but the immediate neighborhood doesn't have a ton of options for food etc. Great breakfast buffet. The bed was comfortable with good bedding. My room had a wonderful deep bathtub as well.

We stayed at NH Ciudad de Valencia hotel for the 2022 Fallas. The hotel is located close to the metro station and has many eating options and grocery options nearby. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is courteous and friendly.

Good choice in Valencia
The NH Ciudad is well located, about midway between the beach and city centre. It is on a busy street, with plenty of shops and food nearby. The wifi worked well, and the breakfast was worth the extra cost.

When we arrived we were told their parking was full as we havent booked it in advance!!! There wasnt any option to book parking in advance. So after a 20 min drive around we managed to get a public underground parking which is a 15-20 min walk frombthe hotel.

First look at Valencia since Covid19
Nice location with walkable distance to the Marina and City of Science. An easy ride to the rest of the beautiful places València has for you. Loved the breakfast and the hotel itself is a gem.

We stayed two nights in this hotel. I was able to check in early which was very much appreciated after my long trip. The hotel is older but kept in good condition. My safe battery did not work and the next day we were out in another smaller room that had the same battery issue. Water pressure was nice and strong. I preferred the first room we were given as it was larger with a door that separated the room from the hallway and bathroom, this allows for more privacy and less noise from the hallway. The highlight for me was the breakfast offerings. Fresh eggs, bacon, cheese, fruit and an assortment of pastries. The staff in the dining area were exceptional! Exceptional! On the last day my friend was sunburned abd didn’t come down to eat. They made sure to give him a to go cup of tea and some pastries. They were very kind and attentive to the guests. The front staff were also very professional and friendly. I would definitely stay at this property again and recommend to others.

Never again!
Room too tiny , better stay in the toilet a bit bigger, curtains too dark. The room smells like toilet, maybe there are leaks somewhere that you can smell in the room. I did not sleep well.
