Comfortable apartment block. In the district of Benimaclet, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 5 km from the sea. Private: swimming pool angular (3 x 2 m, depth 100 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep. pool opening hours: 09:00-21:00). Public parking on the road. Supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 150 m, bus stop "Germans Villalonga-Enric Navarro" 60 m, underground station "Benimaclet" 700 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.  
"Loft Villalonga", 5-room apartment 180 m2, on the ground floor. Practical and comfortable furnishings: large living/dining room with dining table, digital TV and flat screen. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 3 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, 2 showers/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Large terrace.
