We’d booked this hotel based on the views it has and location and were very lucky to be allocated one of the rooms with the stunning view! The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel runs a lovely free gimmick where they give you a postcard to write to yourself and they’ll post it back to you on a date of your choice in up to a year’s time. We didn’t book breakfast, preferring to pick up a coffee and pastry whilst out and about. The hotel is really well situated for the metro, airport and general exploration. We also walked to the zoo, went to the beach and aquarium - all well worth a visit. Our hotel room was clean and tidy and the shower was really big. Windows took up a large section of one wall so the room was light, airy and we had a wonderful view. The only issue we had (which is not the hotel’s fault at all) is that during the night, it seems that drunk people like to walk across the big open plaza outside the hotel and shout stupid things as loudly as they can. We experienced this several times on two out of the four nights we were there (Thursday and Friday) between 1am and 5am which woke us up a few times. Again, this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but it obviously did affect our overall enjoyment of the stay. We did have a wonderful time in Valencia and in all other aspects, we can’t fault our time there. Don’t let the drunken idiots put you off, but maybe pack some ear plugs just in case :-)

The staff were friendly and welcoming and I really liked the decor and the individuality of each room. I particularly liked looking over the plaza from the balcony. The room was spacious and clean, and I liked the attention to detail. The area felt completely safe (I was travelling alone) and close to all of the main tourist areas, with cafes, shops, and restaurants on your doorstep. Only some very slight gripes…I booked a room with a balcony and, although it was lovely, it wasn’t one of the large rooms with the wrap-around windows/balcony that are used to advertise this standard of room. I’m not sure whether these are the rooms to accommodate more people. There was no mini fridge or coffee maker in the room and the soundproofing in the rooms wasn’t great but I was lucky as people in neighbouring rooms were quiet. As long as you go with these things in mind, you’ll be fine. I would stay there again.

Fine location off Pl de Ayuntamento, in walking distance of both the station and the old quarter. Receptionist Lorenzo very welcoming and helpful. Bathroom a bit cramped and the shower door wasn’t quite watertight.

This hotel surprised me, it has a great location, friendly staff, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. My room was a corner room on the first floor (in the USA it's the second floor) with a huge toilet and bath and large windows opening onto the main square of Valencia. I didn't buy breakfast but I was in the dining room and it was very spacious and clean, also with a beautiful view of the Plaça de l'Ajuntament This is also the first hotel I’ve been to where the air conditioning is very quiet.

We stayed for five days and enjoyed the hotel (and Valencia) very much! The room was lovely with a view of the main square. The breakfast was awesome with many choices of both hot and cold items. The staff were friendly and helpful. And the location was perfect, only a 15 minute walk from the main train station, and super easy to walk to all the major sites, shops, tapas bars, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

It’s a good place for you to just sleep. My room was very small. And the bathroom is a very interesting configuration. Staff are really nice and helpful. Breakfast service was decent and worth the extra for convenience. Elevators are TINY. My suitcase and I barely fit

Will definitely be recommending.
Everything about the stay was great, their quick reply to my query to letting me know my lost bag was waiting for me in reception!! Panic over. The rooms are great with lots of space and the location is ideal for access to all the attractions and the metro. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety. The only downside is, it can be noisy, if there are any major events going on in the ayuntimiento square.

I like the room and the convenience of 1 and half bathroom. Did not like that it was an interior room so no view at all. The building or maybe the area has a problem with the sewer because the small is bad. The staff was really nice. Breakfast is really good for the price.

The hotel is nice and the location is perfect. It’s literally in the main plaza. Our room was hot because of the huge sunset window and the AC is not strong enough to cool it down. They offer us a change of room and the rest was great.

Amazing location :)
Friendly efficient check in. Room had amazing views of the city centre. The room was quite funky and the shower was great. Breakfast was good with ample hot and cold options. It is a boutique hotel so the location and style of the hotel was great, it did however lack bar facilities etc but within walking distance there are vast amounts of bars and restaurants to choose from.
