The hotel is in a convenient location. The staff was friendly and communicated everything well. Check in was an easy process. The hotel is a few minutes away from the metro and within walking distance of the centre. Plenty of places to eat around. The room was small but clean and the bed was confortable but the bathroom was extremely small and hard to move around. The worst aspect were the paper thin walls. We could hear the people in the neighbouring room cough, sneeze, talk on the phone, having conversations and the TV when it was on. The interior window looked out to a dirty air conditioning unit. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. According to the remote reception you have to ask for a room with a window. Albeit smaller than I was expecting but that's ok. Now the problem. Your window in the room faces into hallway. You can close shutters for privacy but if you want natural light you have to keep them open. 2nd problem. There is also a curtain on the window but this curtain is on the hall side of window and anyone can just come by and peek in your room. This happened to me. I was resting on the bed and noticed that someone was peering in at me. I had the "do not disturb" sign on door, so not sure if it was cleaning person checking or just a random stranger. Totally freaked me out. Kept my shutters closed the rest of my stay. Le personnel a été très acomodant et serviable en me changeant de chambre quand la premiere était trop petite (je suis très grand de taille), ont répondu à mes questions, m'ont fournient des bouche oreille pour dormir la nuit, bref super. Concernant ce point, le seul défaut, malheureusement important pour moi, est que les chambre ne sont pas du tout isolés, on entend vraiment absoluement tout ce qui se passe, la nuit comme le matin. Malgré les bouches oreilles je n'ai pas pu bien dormir quelques matins et la nuit aussi. Si vous avez le sommeil léger, il faut considérer ce bruit.
