Very well connected by bus and metro and just 1.2 km from the center, 4.5 km from the City of Arts and Sciences, 6.5 km from Las Arenas and Malvarrosa Beaches in Valencia and 18 km from the Albufera Natural Park. The accommodation: Apartment in a recently renovated building, located in the Arrancapins neighborhood (Extramurs). It has been decorated with carefully selected furniture where you will perceive a fresh, welcoming, and practical environment, with everything you might need during your stay. The housing is located in the Arrancapins neighborhood, close to the Ángel Guimerá Metro station. A quiet residential area ideal for family visits, it is a 15-minute walk from the famous Rojas Clemente Market, 19 minutes on foot from the Quart Towers, 15 minutes from the Central Market, and 20 minutes from City Hall Square. In the surrounding area, you will enjoy numerous restaurants and local shops. My only criticism is that the kitchen is under supplied: you typically get the basics (salt, oil, toilet paper, etc) left by other tenants or the administrators.
