Practical and modern apartment located in Avenida Francia avenue, with a height that allows to get a privileged view from this avenue, sighting even the Port of Valencia and the sea. Next to the City of Arts and Sciences, one of the most iconic and trendy architectural ensembles of Valencia. This allows us to be in 10 minutes walking from the Aquarium, the Principe Felipe Museum, the Hemispheric, the Opera House Reina Sofia, the Gulliver Park ... in a nice promenade along the River Turia Gardens, the largest urban garden in Spain.   
  
El Corte Inglés (department store) and the Shopping Centre Aqua are within easy reach of the apartment, so it rely on with the máximum convenience for shopping, range of restaurants and leisure.   
  
The apartment of 60 m2 has the following areas:   
  
\- Living room of great amplitude with table up to 4 people, comfortable sofa easily convertible in double bed, HD TV and cosy details that will do more agreeable your stay.   
  
The living room is connected with the kitchen through a practical window.   
  
\- Balcony overlooking the Avenida de Francia, sighting even the Port of Valencia and the sea that allows the living room a great natural light.
