Juvenile apartment in the heart of Valencia with capacity for 4 people. 1 double bedroom, WiFi. Located very close to the Central Market, you'll be a step away from all the city's historical monuments, as well as the main commercial area and the Turia River Gardens.

The 50 m2 apartment has the following spaces:   
  
\- Practical living-dining room with open kitchen, equipped with a dining table for 4 diners, HD TV and sofa bed of 1.40x1.90 cm.   
  
\- Fully equipped American kitchen, with microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, Italian coffee maker, mixer, water kettle, toaster...   
  
\- Main bedroom with double bed of 1.50x1.90 cm with ensuite bathroom.   
  
\- 1 Ensuite bathroom equipped with practical shower, washbasin, WC and mirror.   
  
It is delivered with bedding, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: (hand gel). Coffee capsules and a 1.5l mineral water bottle.

El Carmen will captivate you with its bohemian air.   
  
The North train station is a 15-minute walk away and other points of interest include: La Lonja de la Seda, former market of Valencia and now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Plaza de la Reina with its Cathedral and the Central Market are just 2 minutes walking.

#### nice place in a great location

very comfortable apartment in old town. every place i wanted to visit except beach is within 10 minute walk. beach was easy 2 euro ride away using public transport. photos accurately describe place. will stay here again on next visit.

The apartment was very clean. Had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The company had someone meet us at the apartment in the morning to check us in. Neighborhood was very nice. Everything was walkable.

#### Rückmeldung Aufenthalt Central Market II

Problem bei Check-In (Kreditkarte vorzeigen (?) obwohl die Bezahlung bereits bestätigt wurde). Unterschiedliche Übersetzungen der Geschäftsbedingungen in Französisch und in Englisch !!! Nachts haben wir Kakerlaken in der Wohnung gesehen!!!! Dieses Problem scheint die Agentur bereits bewußt zu haben. Es wird jedoch in der Wohnungsbeschreibung nicht erwähnt :( Es wird stark auf Mülltrennung hingewiesen (was richtig ist) jedoch gibt es in der Küche lediglich einen großen Restmüllbehälter. Das ganze Haus ist äußerst hellhörig. Im Bad gab es weder Shampoo noch Duschgel zur Verfügung. Sonst war die Wohnung okay.
