Cozy 1-bedroom apartment in a modern building with all the comforts. Located on a sunny street in the heart of the City of Arts, it is the perfect place to enjoy Valencia. You can be in the very center of the city, near El Carmen, Malvarrosa beach, Albufera and other areas of the city. Fully equipped and available to accommodate up to 5 people, 1 bedroom, WiFi, Parking, Air Conditioning.   
  
The 50 m2 apartment has the following spaces:   
  
\- Living-dining room with 140x190cm double sofa bed, 90x200cm furniture bed, dining table, HD-TV Smart TV.

The Quatre Carreres neighborhood is a residential neighborhood in the best area of Valencia surrounded by green areas where you can walk and unwind. It is a very quiet area, in the heart of Valencia, the Jardines de Río Turia, a haven of peace that connects with the rest of the city on foot and by bicycle and is perfect for exercising, playing with children, walking or doing a picnic. A few minutes away are three of the largest and well-equipped shopping centers in Valencia: El Saler, El Aqua and El Corte Inglés, as well as supermarkets, pharmacy, cinema etc...   
  
The Quatre Carreres district is made up of the neighborhoods of Monteolivete, En Corts, Malilla, Fuente San Luis, Na Rovella, La Punta and the City of Arts and Sciences, which includes the most emblematic monument of Valencia, the City of Arts. and Sciences, which gives it a unique appeal.   
  
In addition, this location will allow you to be one step away from El Roig Arena Valencia, the most modern pavilion in all of Europe, a multi-space, multi-use and flexible indoor venue, prepared to hold events simultaneously 365 days a year. It hosts top-level international sporting and musical events.

From the Manises airport, you can rent a car or use public transportation. Take the metro to the city center and get off at the Xativa stop. From there, you can take the number 35 bus.   
  
\- By Train or Subway.   
  
From the main exit of Estación del Norte, cross Xativa street and you will arrive at Marqués de Sotelo street. From there, you can take bus number 35 and get off at the Instituto Obrero-Ciutat de les Arts stop for the apartment.   
  
\- By car.   
  
\- From the north (coming from Barcelona):   
  
Continue on the AP7 motorway to the Sagunto tollbooth.   
  
Take exit 51 towards Valencia Norte.   
  
Continue towards the city on Avenida Cataluña.   
  
Follow the signs to the City of Arts and Sciences until you reach the apartment.   
  
\- From the south (coming from Alicante):   
  
Continue on the A7 motorway.   
  
\- From Alicante and Albacete on the V31\.   
  
Follow the signs to Valencia South.   
  
When you arrive in the city, follow the signs for the City of Arts.   
  
\- From the west (coming from Madrid and the airport):   
  
Continue on the A3 motorway.   
  
Take the exit towards Alicante and Albacete.   
  
Continue on the V30 detour.   
  
Take the exit to CV500\.   
  
When you arrive in the city, follow the signs for the City of Arts.
