The excellent location in Camins Al Grau, a neighbourhood that perfectly combines residential tranquillity with proximity to Valencia's main attractions. One of the key features of Travel Habitat Marítim-Serrería Lofts is that it is perfectly connected. Just 200 metres away, it connects with the Marítim station with Lines 5 & 7 that connect to the city centre where you can discover: Valencia Cathedral, Plaza de la Virgen, Silk Exchange, Serrano Towers, Central Market, Carmen Neighbourhood and the Turia River Garden. It also connects with the Tram with Lines: 6 & 8 where you can walk along the Maritime Promenade and enjoy Malvarrosa Beach.
