Great staff and extremely clean room!! The rooms are remodeled but they are super clean

Hotel Chaco was an excellent stay and one of the highlights of our trip. The location is fantastic — close to Old Town and convenient to everything while still feeling relaxing and upscale. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had a very luxurious feel without being overdone. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and well maintained, which made the stay feel special from the moment we checked in. The food was also amazing. Every meal we had was flavorful and well prepared, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel added to the experience. Overall, Hotel Chaco combines a great location, beautiful rooms, and excellent dining into a stay that feels both comfortable and high-end. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely property with a great location. It could use updates in the rooms but they are clean and good size.

Due to the fact, they needed a plastic credit card. I was unable to check in. This is not something new and the staff was absolutely if anything marvelous here’s where the problem is it doesn’t matter how marvelous anything is when you’re looking for and you paid for a hotel room that a piece of plastic keeps you from going to bed after very little sleep, and Moving houses by yourself exhausted at 1 AM to then find out that your money doesn’t matter that some credit even a deposit is unavailable by whichever corporation owns that brand Clyde Hotel the staff was marvelous. They do great job hiring and training the state itself and now was me ending. In my car, which I didn’t sleep because you can’t sleep in your car, especially when your entire life and your belongings are in Albuquerque, which is notorious for theft so staff best you could get there’s nothing better than the staff that I encountered there’s no level I mean I’ve had lots of great staff. I’ve hired great staff, but the stupid thing about the credit card needing to be the plastic one not the one on our phones in the middle of the night in a situation that that’s about safety paying for the comfort the Clyde’s not the cheap hotel in town. It’s the best hotel in town and I went there on purpose because I’ve been treated like crap all day by brokers, handyman and angry drivers at the same time trying to work and move on my own. They were kind they they gave me plenty of attention and attempts to resolve or come to
