May 22, 2013 #### A fantastic stay in a very cosy and quiet location We spent 3 very relaxing days in the small house Il Fico: it is a very comfortable and beautiful place, fantastically designed and perfectly furnished with very good coffee, tea, fruit juices... The location is ideal (at the countryside, very close to the sea side and 20 mn away from Trapani and from Erice), with a great view on the mounts and a big swimming pool. The owners are also very friendly and can provide good advice regarding the region. Should we visit Trapani again, this is definitely the place we'd rent again. ##### Franck L. La proprietà è curata nei minimi dettagli, dalla colazione che viene consegnata direttamente alla porta, con corretti e pane ancora caldi, fino alla sera con la possibilità di mangiare sotto le stelle! L'accoglienza da parte del proprietario Giuseppe é stata impeccabile, con simpatia e attenzione ci ha fornito consigli utilissimi per visitare al meglio la sue terra. Con soli 15/20 minuti di macchina si raggiungono alcuni dei posti più belli e caratteristici del luogo come Trapani ed Erice, ma anche riserve meravigliose come quella dello Zingaro. La struttura è silenziosa e tranquilla, grande e garantisce parcheggi, privacy e spazi aperti riservati ad ogni appartamento e la possibilità di avere bambini all'esterno mentre ci si rilassa senza preoccupazioni. Dispone di una bellissima piscina, sempre attentamente curata, che aggiunge alla bellezza delle spiagge intorno una alternativa direi lussuosa. Noi avevamo l appartamento più piccolo, ma ci siamo stati bene in tre. La proprietà è della famiglia Venza, persone di grande gentilezza, cordialità e, riservatezza. Conoscerete Giuseppe Venza, persona splendida per simpatia e disponibilità e profonda conoscenza e passione per la sua terra, che può dare ottimi consigli sul territorio per le spiagge e magari ristoranti caratteristici. Siamo stati benissimo, sia per la bellezza della struttura, sia per la sua collocazione strategica in un territorio ricco di bellezze, sia per l'ospitalità squisita di Giuseppe e dei suoi gentilissimi e speciali familiari. La piscina poi aggiunge un tocco unico ad un luogo già bello di per sé. Our apartment was generously stocked with juices, ice teas and biscuits. Giuseppe kindly communicated in English, which helped us, as our Italian is limited. We cooked with a barbecue on two nights and made good use of the pool. We were lucky to be the only visitors for most of our stay, so we were permitted to use the pool during some of the restricted periods. If you plan to visit with children it may be worth talking with Giuseppe first, as the pool has a long list of rules. He is very open to discussion, so I can't imagine that there would be any problems. Our apartment was one of two that is separated from a terrace area. They open onto the road that leads from the entrance to the parking area. This didn't detract from our stay as we had a choice of areas to use to sit outside. A car is essential. We chose to walk to the nearest village, Bonagia, one evening but it is not reccommended, as much of the route does not have pavements. Our preferred beach was Scopello, as several of the local beaches are in the process of being widened/developed. The only thing that seems to be missing, is a view out at the landscape. The complex of apartments all look inwards and the pool and seating areas are all enclosed by greenery. Overall, a friendly and relaxing place to stay. Highly reccommended. ##### Jake S. Relax by the pool with a view of the mountains or explore the countryside surrounding and pick fresh fruit from the trees in your garden. The rocky, picturesque coastline and the sunsets into the sea are spectacular. Travel in time visiting the medieval town of Erice and Castles. Have dinner in vibrant and beautiful Marsala town and do a tour of a winery. La descrizione dell'immobile e' assolutamente accurata, all'arrivo abbiamo trovato il frigo stipato di ogni cosa potesse servirci e 2 cesti pieni di merendine, fette biscottate e altre cose utili. Appartamento ottimo per 3 persone e molto pulito. Ogni mattina colazione con brioches e pane caldo appena sfornato portato davanti alla porta di casa dal panettiere, da consumarsi nel fantastico gazebo messo a disposizione del "Fico" e dai noi usato moltissimo. De vakantiewoning is goed uitgerust en heeft prima bedden. Een supermooi en groot zwembad. Alles ziet er mooi verzorgd uit. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en heeft tips voor leuke uitstapjes. De ligging is zeer centraal om plaatsen als bijvoorbeeld Trapani en Erice te bezoeken, maar ook het natuurgebied Zingaro ligt vlakbij, waar je mooi kunt wandelen en kunt zwemmen in azuurblauwe baaitjes. La piscina è grande, bella e pulita. E peccato che possiamo utilizzarla solo 2 ora al giorno (senza dovere pagare un supplemento). Ogni mattina, arrivano i cornetti freschi davanti la porta, che lusso! Per il WIFI, il must sarebbe che funzionnasse anche nella casa (senza dovere pagare un supplemento). Jun 16, 2015 #### Traumhaft Wir waren für 7 Tage da. Wir waren 100% zufrieden. Es war sauber, bequem, ruhig und schön. Der Garten war gepflegt, der Pool groß und sauber. Freundliche Vermieter. Wir bekamen früh morgens frische Brötchen. Der Kühlschrank waren und die Küche mit Produkten für den Frühstück gefüllt. Es gab Bettwäsche und Handtücher zum Wechsel da. Wir hatten wunderbares Wetter. Sep 12, 2012 #### Eccellente è poco! Siamo stati a Torre Venza 14 giorni in Agosto e tutto è stato eccellente. Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento "il fico" e lo abbiamo trovato accogliente, pulito e rifornito di tutto ma la "cosa" migliore sono le persone di Torre Venza, tutte nessuna esclusa. Persone molto disponibili e pronte a consigliarti per una pizza, una cena, una gita in posti sempre particolari e belli. Non possiamo non segnalare la bella piscina, che dopo una giornata di mare e vento siciliano, si apprezza moltissimo per la tranquillità, pulizia e vista sulla bellissima Erice. C'è tutto quel che serve a confezionare una vacanza ideale, compreso il prezzo. Appena arrivati Vincenzo e Beppe si sono rivelati i padroni di casa ideali, dispensando preziosi consigli sia sugli itinerari naturali e artistici, sia sui posti migliori dove assaggiare le specialità eno-gastronomiche del luogo.
