This property is spread over 2 levels and offers an annex which can accommodate 4 people in total, making the max occupancy up to 12 people. The exterior compromises a wonderful outdoor with private pool, sunbeds and sitting areas as well as external dining facilities, including wooden oven and BBQ facilities. From the pool terrace you can easily enter the property via the glass doors, which allow a wonderful view of the surroundings even from the inside of the property. The interior is simply stunning a prefect blend between tradition and modernity. Wooden ceilings, table and chairs with a particular style, tv, fire place, comfortable sitting chairs and a unique wooden staircase that leads up to the first floor to the bedrooms. The well-equipped kitchen is located on this level, complete of more than the necessary, which opens to the living room, all built-in with masonry and fine elements with coloured majolica tiles according to the typical Sicilian tradition.From the kitchen you can easily access the pool area via a glass door.
