"The staff was amazing. They were friendly and very helpful. Everyone from the front desk, to the servers to the housekeepers were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was work the money, there was a variety of options and everything was fresh. The rooms were clean… I will stay again if I am ever in Madrid again. "

"Make sure you bring an adaptive plug for the outlets to charge your phone! Stayed here for 3 days they ran out of queen size beds and had gave us a room with two beds for me and my husband we were NOT pleased, the bathroom was very nice and spacious only thing I loved about the property, the hotel was very close to the airport and certain food places, you have to make sure the key stays in the by the doorway in order for the power to work and the ac didn’t work properly"

"The hotel itself is pretty, but it isn't comfortable. The headboards make it hard to relax and it's not in a great area. I picked it because it was "near" the airport, only it actually is still 20 minutes by car and on top of that their "amenity" of a free shuttle to the airport I couldn't ride except three hours too early or after my flight took off. Kind of diminishes the whole amenity part of it. Lots of construction, not many restaurants around. Wasn't horrible, wasn't great."
