Ground floor: Living areas & first bedrooms

Upon entering, you are welcomed by a spacious living room featuring a large corner sofa, a Smart TV, and a billiards table. A second lounge area with sofas and a decorative fireplace invites you to unwind.

The dining room opens onto a terrace equipped with an outdoor dining area and a lounge. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the convivial atmosphere.

The sleeping area on this floor includes:

- A shower room with double sinks and WC

First floor: Spacious bedrooms & library

- The master bedroom features a king-size bed (180x200cm), a private balcony, and an en-suite shower room
