"This small flat is in a quiet neighborhood within 1-2 blocks from cafes, bakeries, grocery stores, Seine River, and public transportation, among other things. The flat is quite small but is great for sightseers who need a safe and comfortable place to rest after a busy day out and about. "With a metro station a block away and all the amenities nearby, this is in a great location for exploring Paris. The apartment was very clean. It could use a little maintenance, but everything worked as needed. The host was very responsive to communication. It's next to an elementary school, so you hear kids during the day, but it's quiet at night."

"We enjoyed our stay here. There were 6 of us, but it could sleep 7. My only recommendation would be that if you need parking let them know when you make a reservation because they have to reserve it."
