Es ist gemütlich, warm und sehr gut ausgestattet (Sauna, Küche) Aber es ist alles ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, es fehlt an Pflege. Einige der Matrazen sind vollkommen durchgelegen müssten dringen ersetzt werden, mehrer Lampen funktionieren nicht, diverse Ecken (Fensterbrett) waren ziemlich verstaubt. Für den Preis dürfte das Haus ruhig mal renoviert werden.
