Traditional farmhouse from the 17th century renovated in the heart of a magnificent preserved typical hamlet. Residential quiet bordering a meadow on the edge of forest. Warm comfortable cottage. Wide veranda. Nice small garden laid out with care. Splendid natural site. Sumptuous landscapes. Located 7 km from Termignon/Val Cenis Vanoise area (ski area with 125 km of slopes). 100m from the Nordic plateau of Bramans Val d'Ambin and 12 km from the Nordic area of the Monolith of Sardières / Aussois. Privileged location in Haute-Maurienne at the gates of the Vanoise National Park, in a preserved valley with larch forests and meadows. Magnificent walks and hikes to mountain lakes and glaciers, with the GR5 Chemin du Petit Bonheur 100 m from the cottage. Important baroque and military heritage through the Chemins du Baroque. On the Route des Grandes Alpes, prestigious tourist and mountain road roaming through the great mythical alpine passes with passage to Italy. Ideal for cyclists and motorcycles!
