Près du Mélèze: enjoy tranquility in the heart of exceptional nature in Haute Maurienne Vanoise.  
  
  
  
This furnished accommodation with 9 rooms, covering 200 m², offers 16 adult beds and 2 to 3 additional beds for children. Located in Val Cenis, in the village of Sardières—a quiet and authentic small hamlet—it features high-quality equipment with 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The site offers splendid panoramas.  
  
  
  
The residence is at the foot of cross-country ski and snowshoe trails, as well as hiking and mountain bike routes. Alpine skiing is accessible 4 km away (Aussois area) or 5 km away (Val Cenis area). Many activities are available on site in both summer and winter. The Vanoise National Park is just 1 km away.  
  
  
  
"Près du Mélèze" consists of two connected apartments:  
  
\- 1 living room for 8 to 10 people and a fireplace area for 3 to 4 people  
  
\- 2 large fully equipped kitchens (including fondue and raclette sets, two bean-to-cup coffee machines), dining tables for 16 and 10 people
