It’s clean, well equipped, new appliances; the living room and kitchen areas are so cozy we never wanted to leave the apartment except for skiing. Skiing is also a few steps away, almost ski-in ski-out. Right in front of the bus stop if you want to go to Vail village for dinner (a 5 minute ride) - you can even keep warm while watching the bus stop from the building window to only exit when the bus arrives.We also wanted to ski the day we checked-out, so wanted to ask if we could leave the car in the parking spot for the day. Unit was well stocked with all our family of 5 needed. The 2nd bedroom that lists a king sized bed is actually 2 twin mattresses pushed together with a king headboard so not quite as comfortable as an actual king. Treetops is a bit dated but not bad. We did miss having any amenities (like pool, hot tub, bikes available, game room, etc) on property but the location is really great. There is no AC but opening the windows kept us comfortable and the water rushing in the creek provided great white noise all night! ##### Michal B. We look hard for in-unit w/d, pack lightly accofdingly, so it is a significant annoyance.We stayed 7 nights and were simply were told to use the communal washing machine in the next building, macine never replaced throughout the stay.
