We came to ski Vail and Beaver Creek as an extended with 4 kids, 3 adults and 2 grandparents. The house was spacious and comfortable. Location is PHENOMENAL. Quick drive to the mountain bases. Or if you don’t want to pay for parking, the bus stop is literally across the street. The bus is easy and very convenient. The host and managing company were very responsive and accommodating. Heated garage is an awesome! Helped keep the house clean from skiing mess and dirt. Ample parking, even with snow piled up. If you plan to cook, the kitchen is amazing. You can tell the owner cares about their home. One observation is the 5th Bedroom (2 Queen loft). It is only accessible by a completely vertical ladder in a narrow shaft and ten feet up. If you have teenage kids with you - they will fight over who gets to sleep in the loft. But for our group of seven 50+ aged men, nobody wanted to sleep in it for fear of a mishap during nocturnal trips to the bathroom. This nuance of the 5th bedroom was not explained in the listing and was a big problem for us. The management company for this property, RENTVail was excellent. Their communication and responsiveness couldn’t have been better. Outside of the Queen loft issue, this was one of the best VRBO experiences I have had. ##### Ben W. We only had 5 people, but would easily feel comfortable with 10\. After a couple of days it felt like home. Bus stop to town was right out front of the condo. Heated garage setup perfectly for skiers with ski racks and boot warmers. We have zero complaints about this property. Will definitely book this place again next year.
