But the unit itself itself is a bit rundown and feels like it has been ignored. The fan in the 3rd floor bedroom didn’t work- and the window in that room was broken and not easily opened/closed. I’m tact while trying to open it the blinds fell off the rail on the left side. There are no screens on most of the windows. The couches are old and worn out.
