Although a discounted rate for construction, I didn't expect this was due to a very tired wing of a nicer resort. Avoid Landmark's west wing, the Enzian. Just not a nicely appointed condo for Vail.

Great location! Overlooking Vail mountain, but...
We were very excited about our reservation. It was billed as "sleeping 6." In reality, the master bedroom had a "full" sized bed. not large enough for two people. the other room had two twins. there was a sofa-sleeper.
the mattresses were not comfortable at all.
I really want to give the place higher marks. Unfortunately, after a 9 hour drive to Vail, a good night sleep was high on our priorities list. It didn't happen. I don't think I could stay here multiple nights, even if I had the bed to myself. In ALL other respects, this was a very good room/location.
When we booked the hotel it said we had a pool and when we checked in we were told we were staying in a different building and only had a tiny hot tub. The pics on the website were. Irving like the rooms we had. The room was very outdated and would not have booked if know this was it. The beds weee very uncomfortable and the vents in the room were so loud I had to try and sleep with a pillow over my head. We did not get our room service the the final day, we did not have enough towels and had to ask several times for more. The best thing was the location to the village and activities we were there for. Would not stay in the property again
Destination resort, na verdade são um conjunto de hotéis, fiquei no "Vail 21" hotel muito antigo, o aquecimento não estava funcionando muito bem, tentaram arrumar mas continuou na mesma! eletrodomésticos antigos!
We stayed here for a long weekend destination wedding. The condo we were in was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. The location was perfect! Walking distance to everyplace we needed to be throughout Vail Village. My only complaints about the condo were that the bed was really hard, and the towels were very small. The only other issue was parking. I love that the space was covered, as it keept our car nice and cool, but the spaces were tiny and hard to get in and out of; especially since there was an oversized, unauthorized vehicle in the space next to us. When we reported it, nothing was done to fix the issue.
We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo at the Enzian Condominiums. Our room was much nicer than we were expecting. It was completely remodeled and nicely decorated. It was very spacious and it was fully stocked with all the amedities you could wish for. I would highly recommend this resort and I would definatley come back!

Decent stay for the price
I stayed at Landmark West, which is obviously an older part of the hotel, unlike the pictures I was shown. Overall the location is great, right at the Lionhead village (Vail). The suite is large, two bedroom, full kitchen with a balcony. I did not really need all the space as this was a fishing trip.

Awesome!
Stayed last year pre xmas.
Had some problems with the place we stayed, but they upgraded up to a penthouse.
Great staff and location.
Went for a wedding. The place was reasonably priced and yet spacious. Was a bit old and worn but comfortable. The view from the back deck was fantastic and looked on all of the ski hills. Down side was it was right on the highway so road noise was high. However, overall I would rate it as a great value.
The hotel was wonderful. Our room was newly updated and the views were great of the mountains. The location was right near the entrance to lionshead village so access to restaurants and shops was right out the front door. The shuttle stop was right out side as well. Great location and room!
Check in at 4 and out at 10 am. Consiege would not give us the key until 3:50 even thoguh we arrived after 3:15 pm with a new baby.
Vantage building is very run down. Everything in the condo was so dated, it was hard to tell if anything was clean at all. Had to sweep off old crumbs and clean granite countertops before i could even lay my stuff on there. I recommend brining your own disinfectant. Glad we brought disposable dishes, cups and silverware. While the condo was funished with everything needed, the condition of things didn't inspire me to use any of cooking utencils. Very dissapointing, as this was the main reason we booked a condo this time (we travel to Vail every year and stay at other hotels) - figured it would be easier to cook with two children and more room to stay with a stroller and other baby related stuff.
The fabric sectional couch had dry crusty spill stains and seemed dirty, and there was a giant hole in the comforter in one of the bedrooms.
Based on reviewes I read prior to booking this hotel, I expected the place to be dated, but it exceeded my expectation by far, as it felt very dirty overall, not just dated.
Location is great, as is floorplan. The Landmark building looks better on the outside, might be in different condition, but I am not finding out from my experience. Although we frequent Vail / Beaver Creek area every year for kids events and minivacations, we'll go back to booking other places.
The properties at Destination Resorts are awesome. The condos are clean and comfortable and are all nestled in Lionshead. Very convenient location. This is the 3rd time we have stayed there and will return on our next trip to Vail!
Wonderful family weekend in Vail. The 2-bedroom suites (we stayed in two separate ones) were very spacious and well-equipped. There were some noisier groups in the hotel but we didn't hear a thing once in our room. Large balconies overlooking the town and mountain. Great staff and well recommended.
