I snowshoed on a trail outside the condo plus there are multiple trails within a 5 min drive to choose from. Very easy access to Vail and shuttle picks up within walking distance, although not sure with ski boots on. Condo was very clean, comfy beds, good linens, kitchen stocked with all incl coffee, spices, pots/pans etc. large washer/dryer too. Owner was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Only improvement I can think of would be to have non-stick pans or stock with non-stick spray and oil, and I consider that very very minor. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. ##### Renee Z. Majestic views in every direction, access to hiking trails. A bus stop for Vail's free public buses is just a 5 min walk away, and the bus will get you to the center of Vail in about 20 minutes without the hassles and expense of parking. The cabin is extremely well equipped with modern appliances, plenty of dishes and cookware, a washer/dryer, humidifier, cable tv and wifi, etc. The cabin has been modernized with insulated windows, updated flooring, and a new outside deck while maintaining its cozy "old school" vibe. Randy was extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions. If you are looking for a comfortable "base camp" to use for skiing or exploring Vail, this is it! ##### Jim S.
