It seems clear that the owners use the unit frequently and take good care of it. I am giving it three stars because the unit does not have a hot tub and that is why we booked it. There is a shared hot tub for the building located close to the unit but it was drained and closed for the season. The shuttle was a couple steps away and was on time to take us to the mountain every morning, and bring us back to the condo. The hot tub was right outside our front door, which was nice. There was a back porch with a pretty view and the condo itself had everything we needed. Reviewer Comments: I have been renting from Tim for many many years and he has always taken care of us. This year we had three condos that were supposed to be within two buildings, and when we got in late, we had three condos in three different buildings...nothing major, just thought I would mention it. We had a backed up shower and upon calling the maintenance person, he said it would have to wait since it was the weekend. We were only staying for the weekend. All was resolved thankfully once I got hold of Tim and he got someone out to fix it. Thanks again and thought I would just point out some minor issues we had. We will continue to rent from you.
