We weren't given the garage door code before we arrived, so couldn't get into the garage to access our until until a property owner let us it. The unit door access code worked only part of the time, so we were reluctant to leave at first. We went out and couldn't get back into the building because we weren't given the building's outer door access code. When I texted Vacasa to get these codes, they couldn't find me under the reservation ID number. I had to provide my name, email address, and phone number. This took time and added to our stress level when we were trying to attend family wedding events. In short: like the unit; very disappointed and angry with Vacasa. ##### Diane S.
