Air conditioning didn't work, so you have to leave the windows open and there is construction going on from 7am to 5pm, dust and noise. The bathroom fixtures all need fixed, The TV is set up so you can't sit down and change the channels and only offered Samsung TV which is awful (CHEAP), there's no extra pillows or blankets, not laundry soap and when we got there, the trash hadn't been taken out and there were two dirty glasses in the cabinet. I had booked and confirmed another property, but for some reason the owner had cancelled my reservation. Red Awning immediately contacted me and found a comparable/better property for the same dates. The Arrabelle is a great property conveniently located near the gondola and lifts in Lionshead. Location is amazing in the heart of Vail Village. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable with two balconies.
