Vail studio condo centrally located in Lionshead Village, nearly ski-in/ski-out access to the Vail Mountain, just one block from the Eagle Bahn Gondola and Vail Ski School. All the shops, restaurants, entertainment and Vail ski lifts are just out your door! The kitchenette has a half-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and stove. STUDIO: King bed and queen sofa sleeper in living room. 1 Full Bath. The Lift House hot tub is available for our guests' enjoyment and is located on the fourth floor. Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM Door Code: please ask front desk Please adhere to all posted hot tub rules, as they are strictly enforced to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone. LIFT HOUSE PARKING: Limited parking is available first-come, first-served at $50 per night in the winter, and $25 per night non-winter. If our lot is full, the public Lionshead garage is $60/day in the winter, and $35/day in the summer. NOTE: This is a pet-free unit, but there are other units at the Lifthouse Lodge that allow dogs. Cons: The furniture is dated, and it is a bit crowded for 3 people. Also, there is no screen on the balcony door, which is the only way to get fresh air in the condo, so several bugs came in with the fresh air. It was absolutely sweltering inside in the afternoon, when the balcony gets direct sunlight. There are no ceiling fans. There was a standing fan, but there is almost nowhere to plug it in, especially if you have the sofa bed folded out. The other downside is the check-in process. I booked through VRBO, and received an email about check-in instructions being provided through the app. I just assumed it was the VRBO app. However, when I arrived at 5pm, the lobby was closed (though the on-site building staff do not actually manage this unit anyway), and there were no instructions in the VRBO app. I made a number of phone calls and messaged the host through the VRBO app to get the codes. This took about half an hour. Eventually I noticed that the email had actually instructed me to download a completely different app to receive the check-in instructions. I think that is a terrible process. If the listing was booked through VRBO, the check-in instructions and door codes should be provided through the VRBO app, or sent directly via email. It is a major inconvenience to have to download a different app and set up a login to receive the door codes. This process should be changed. ##### Ashley B. Very clean condo with comfy bed and humongous tv to relax watching after all my daily activitues. The kitchen was tiny but big enough to cook breakfast. Kids were playing at the playground below but I am used to hearing that. No a/c so just left the patio door open and was provided a big oscillating fan. Was in the low 70’s.
