Hotel was ok. Breakfast was ok. Didn’t have time to use pool. Found ants and stink bugs in hotel and room. Hallway carpet had big bleach spots beds were very firm, same with pillows. So didn’t sleep well.

My flight was delayed by over 3 hours. I tried to check in with my 8 year old son at 4:30am, & Makayla Walce. Informed me that because I didn't call to say my flight was delayed that she couldn't honor my reservation. She called a manager who told her to honor the reservation, but to come down at 11am to formally check in again. She then told me that if I don't come down before 11am to check in, that they will call the Police to have us removed. She was an abominable damper on the start of our stay at Comfort Inn, but was redeemed in part by the other friendly staff who apologized for our treatment at check in.

While the carpeting in the halls definitely needs some updating, the rest of the property seems to be in good shape. I wish the hours of the waterslide in the pool area were longer (we weren't able to use it). The front desk had to check to see if our room was ready which made check in take a little longer, but they were very friendly and did this as efficiently as possible. Overall, a good experience.

Booked my two rooms a month out so they could be next to each other, called day before trip to make sure they were close and not on differnt floors. Was told they couldn't due to rooms and one was gonna be on the third and one on second. I want to be close tp family thats why I booked the 2 rooms together. Staffing was not the greatest. Rooms are very old hard to scan our cards. Instead of pulling handle down and pushing in to room we had to lift up handle and pushing in. Keys would work one minute then not the next. Room are old rips on chair and sofa. Floor in rooms are very nasty and dirty. As i was barefoot and noticed my feet was nasty as i got into the shower. Its in a safe place but will definitely not recommend as staff and services were not the best.

Our stay was 7 days and I was pleasantly surprised there was hot breakfast offered (not just waffles but eggs and sausage) the hot tub felt amazing and everything was clean and quiet. Definitely would stay again.

We visited this hotel for a weekend and enjoyed our stay. The check-in and check-out were a breeze. Staff very friendly and helpful. We do wish the breakfast offerings were a little more varied, but they were typical of what we find in most places. We recommend this hotel.

Rented a 2-bed suite for a family of 5, most expensive available. Many stains/burn marks in the carpet. No phone to call front desk. Beds were shorted pillows, the ones that were there were about 12-15" wide, not enough for an adult. Asked the front desk for more pillows, they advised they had NO EXTRAS. One adult & one child had to sleep on a couch cushion for a pillow. Upon checking in, multiple people waiting in line to get pool towels, they were advised that they only have so many and they were in the dryer, the pool had only been open for 3 hours at this point, what is going on? Front desk staff is responsible for wash/drying towels?? We ended up having to use bath towels from our room, then go back down again afterwards to replace the ones we used. The icing on the cake was finding a ton of boxelder bugs in our room at night, crawling up the wall and under the bed. We took pictures, but there's no way to attach them here. The stuffed animal "claw" machine in the pool area was also infested with these boxelder bugs, realized it as we had to open the gate to retrieve the stuffed animals our kids won. It seemed like there was only 2 people on staff on a Saturday evening, and that they were overwhelmed between guests checking in and phone calls reporting incorrect reservations. The only reason this isn't a 1-Star review is that the pool area was fun for our young kids, and that they had fresh hot/cold beverages in the lobby in the morning. Call me for more info.

We had 4 rooms. One room was not cleaned at 5:00 and we could not use until 7:30. One room smelled like smoke. One room did not have hot water for the shower. Carpets were in poor shape and one room had a large spot.

The air filter was beyond caked up and dirty. 2 of our kids got sick and the air flow wasn’t good. The room was dirty, was cleaned appropriately and when we brought our concerns to the manager he acted as if he didn’t care but worried about how we saw the air filter. Our kids have history of asthma and they should have been more concerned about the well Being of our stay.

An employee was very kind and came out of nowhere when my daughter sneezed and made a mess while we were standing in line for breakfast. It’s amazing how just a few napkins, hand sanitizer, and a kind heart can impact someone’s day. I’ll hold a positive note for this place just because of that!

The property was a zoo last night. The hallway to my room & the pool was filthy: the carpet was covered with crumbs & broken chips, kids socks, kids running, screaming. At 2 am it was so noisy in the hallway, I opened my door & asked the people (and kids) by the vending machines if they could be quiet because it’s 2 am. A mom turned to me and insulted me calling me a “b” I called the front desk t ask if there is a way to quiet people down. It was wild! I got a couple hours of sleep. Not to mention that my key was not working and I had to get it reset 3 times. The rating of this hotel “very good” is far from honest and very misleading. Lastly, I leave at 7:30 am this morning with a receipt that has my name & address on it, my room # 109 but a rate of $84 and someone else’s master card referenced as paid. This stay was an absolute nightmare! This is unacceptable

We heard employees complaining about their job in more than area. The employees seemed to not care much about their jobs. The floors were dirty in the hallways on our floor. I have been to this hotel before but this year will be our last time at the hotel.

This was honestly the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed. Every square inch of carpet whether in the hallways or in the rooms looked like a crime scene. I was in disbelief given what they charged us for a nights stay there. If you choose to stay with them, either don't take off your shoes, or bring your own penicillin!

Pros: The property is fairly clean, quiet, and has a delightful complimentary breakfast. Cons: Unfortunately, the deadbolt for our room (102) didn't work and the window was unlocked. Our room was on the ground floor with a functioning window. We thought that was very rare, but housekeeping should be checking this when staging rooms for the next guests.
