"Needed a place to stay for one night on a road trip. Expedia says their check in was available until midnight and their desk was available 24 hours, but we showed up to a closed desk. The staff came in with their dinner and essentially told me check in closed at 10 and acted as though I inconvenienced her by showing up. More concerned with eating with her friend in the lobby than helping us. There was no cart to bring up our luggage. There was also no one at the desk when we checked out at 7 am. The AC wasn’t working in the room, but it was clean. Will pass on this location in the future. "

"The room was okay, except for the small fridge wasn’t keeping the food cold enough and I lost some food. The gym was an absolute joke. But I guess it’s the best they could do for the space they had the gym in. The air conditioning/heater did not adjust properly, but I suspect it was operator error (I just wasn’t figuring it out). This biggest issue was that one can hear everyone both walking and or running up and down the hallways. When I walked down those same hallways, I could hear the folks talking in their rooms. It is what it is…I guess. Basically, I thought it was pricey for what they charged. "

"Clean rooms, close to food and freeway. We could hear the people upstairs walking around, including waking us up just before 3 when we had planned to leave at 0500\. Looks like they’ve been updating rooms. My pre-teen was not happy that the bathroom had no lock but it didn’t become an issue as when there are 3 of you it is easy to know if someone is in the bathroom."
