Studio for 4 persons, 22m² approximately. Situated on the 10th floor with a lift (entry of the building on the 4th floor). Facing West with a balcony and a nice view on the valley.  
\* Alcove: 2 bunk beds, cupboard ;  
\* Living room : 1 double sofa bed, \[hidden\] set, balcony access ;  
\* Kitchen area : microwave oven, fridge, 2 electric cooking plates, coffee machine;  
\* Bathroom with bathtub and toilets.  
COMMENTS : Small and cozy studio offering splendid views over the Ubaye Valley and the mountain tops. Well situated into the heart of the resort and at about 80m from the slopes. Ski locker on the 3rd floor. Residence with secure outdoor parking.  
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:  
 . Towel Rental : 5.5 € per person per stay  
 . Tea towel rental : 5.0 € per person per stay  
 . Bath mat rental : 5.5 € per stay
