It is 100 meters from the shopping arcade and 50 meters from a shuttle stop. The apartment comprises a first bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), a large wardrobe with space for a travel cot. The second bedroom has a bunk bed for two single beds, as well as two single beds (90x190 cm), and a chest of drawers. There is a large bathroom with a shower, a large sink, and a separate toilet. Opposite the bathroom is a large storage cupboard.
