We have a fire pit as well as an outdoor grill. 700 Sq ft of living space, 1 queen-size bed ,1 twin and 2 fold out sofas. Fully-equipped kitchen, full size four burner electric range with oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, blender, pots and pans, eating utensils, plates and glasses....Fully equipped! The cottage has A/C and heating as well as a cozy wood burning stove. (bring your own wood), Ceiling fans in every room. The bathroom is fully-equipped as well. We provide sheets and towels. Just a short walk to the crystal clear river. Fishing, swimming and wading for the little ones. It's common to find fossils while exploring along and in the river. Wonderful hiking and bike riding throughout the ranch. The cabin is REMOTE. We are 35 miles from a grocery store, 18 miles from gasoline and convenience food. Bring everything you will need. Fill up your gas tank in Uvalde, Leakey, or Sabinal. At night the stars are like millions of diamonds in the sky. Come and enjoy the stargazing., I know you will! The water was not too deep. It came up to my waist in deepest part. Great place to take your little ones. I enjoyed the water as well. Plenty to swim in.
